We have a winner!

Congratulations to Maureen Saunderson from Swansea and her company VR VIstas for becoming one of our Shameless Plug Winners, bagging £1000 of print!

I’m really glad Maureen got the votes because she sets an example to us all in business by demonstrating the ability to implement.

Whilst promoting the competition, I spoke to many people who had fantastic ideas for entries – Jumping from planes holding the banner, Spraying the logo Graffiti-style (legally) on walls, taking the banner to sporting events and having large audiences hold the signs up. All of these ideas would most likely have won. But the problem was that they stayed ideas. Maureen had an idea but took the vital decision to roll up her sleeves and implement it too. I know she put a lot of hours into it also, so I’m glad the effort has been rewarded.

Ideas are fantastic, one of my favourite things in life, but implementation is the factor that sets successful people apart in business.

Well done Maureen. And thank you to everyone that voted
